Te Ramanui
With building completed in 2025, Te Ramanui is a 17-whare apartment complex based in Wainuiomata and developed under a partnership with the Bank of New Zealand and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Te Ara o Takapū
In 2022 He Herenga Kura opened 19 homes at Te Ara o Takapū, in a partnership between Te Runanganui o Te Ātiawa, Hutt City Council and Urban Plus.
