Our Rangatahi Team connects in with Rangatahi Transitional Housing and supports rangatahi to step confidently into independent living by providing wrap-around care, tenancy support, and navigation services that empower them to build meaningful lives.

For those who need more focused support, Mātika Te Kāhui Taiohi offers dedicated accommodation and in-house navigation and kaimahi who mentor, guide and prepare rangatahi for the responsibilities of living independently, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive.
