Rangatahi Transitional Housing is focused on supporting rangatahi into housing and reducing homelessness.
We provide safe, fully furnished short-term accommodation for rangatahi who need stability while they prepare for independent living. During their stay, young people are supported by dedicated navigators and kaimahi who walk alongside them to build essential life skills, access education, or employment opportunities, reconnect with whānau and address any personal or complex challenges.
With affordable rent and wrap-around support, our Rangatahi Transitional Housing creates a secure foundation so rangatahi can focus on their goals and move confidently towards long term housing and a thriving future.
The support we provide includes
Accommodation
We provide safe, fully furnished accommodation for rangatahi for up to 12 months.
Our navigators walk alongside rangatahi to find the right support to asist rangatahi in their hauora and wellbeing needs.
Navigation support
Tenancy support
We check in with rangatahi regularly to ensure they are keeping up with their obligations to maintain their tenancy including making sure rent, paperwork and tenancy rules are all on track.
