Dani is an experienced Human Resources leader with a career spanning both strategic and operational roles across health, insurance, energy, public sector, local government, and global organisations including Shell Oil.
A seasoned HR Generalist, Dani has led teams of 1 to 40 FTE and, in recent years, has moved into senior leadership and strategic thought leadership positions, shaping people-centred strategies that drive organisational success.
Of Ngāti Kahungunu and Ngāti Pahauwera descent, Dani holds a Heke Rongoā/Diploma in Māori Holistic Wellbeing and actively weaves te ao Māori values into professional practice. This unique integration of cultural grounding and HR expertise enables Dani to design and deliver extraordinary people experiences that are both authentic and transformative.
